The Tilt Tray Sorter from Realkey is an efficient and economical sorting device designed to effectively handle small and medium-sized packages. This advanced sorting solution is well-suited for various applications across multiple industries.
The tilt tray sorter comprises key components, including tray carriers, conveyor systems, tilting mechanisms, identification systems, control units, and track frames, all operating through horizontal continuous conveying. Items are placed on trays mounted on motor-driven carts, which travel along the track. When the carts reach their specified sorting points, the tilting mechanism activates, allowing items to slide off the trays and complete the sorting operation.
This sorter is highly versatile, capable of processing a diverse array of items such as parcels, boxes, envelopes, and cylindrical or spherical objects that are challenging for traditional sorting equipment.
With a processing capacity of around 7,200 to 10,800 items per hour, depending on the model, the Realkey tilt tray sorter effectively meets the high-efficiency sorting needs of various sectors, including postal services, courier firms, e-commerce, clothing distribution, and fresh produce handling.
